In many areas of border communes and remote regions of Nghe An province, preparations for early voting are being urgently completed to ensure that all voters can fully exercise their rights and civic duties. In the atmosphere of excitement before this great national event, by the evening of March 12th, polling stations in remote border villages had completed the final preparations, ready for early voting to take place on March 13th.
