It can be said that since coffee and orange trees reached the end of their harvesting cycle, rubber trees and rubber products have become the main crops and products of Nghe An 1/5 One-Member Limited Liability Company. Thanks to this clear understanding, since 2007, the company has boldly invested nearly 5 billion VND in installing a rubber latex processing line for export, creating a crucial strategic direction for the unit. The line has a capacity of 3,000 tons of dry latex per year, producing products that meet TCVN 3769:2004 standards, including SVR 10L, SVR 5L, SVR 3L, etc. This allows the company to proactively process rubber latex on over 1,000 hectares of land currently in production, while also purchasing latex from local farmers; bringing the annual output of finished rubber products to over 1,500 tons of standardized products, ensuring stable revenue and state tax payments.

Another area where the unit has long established its brand and reputation for quality is fertilizer products. Having been on the market since 1996, the fertilizer products of the Fertilizer Production and Agricultural Supplies Service Enterprise (1/5 Nghe An One-Member Limited Liability Company) have been quickly accepted and trusted by farmers in the Phu Quy raw material area. With the motto of clearly identifying raw material sources, adhering to production processes, and being flexible in product supply and payment, the Enterprise's various fertilizer products have become a suitable choice for farmers.
Many households in Phu Quy region have achieved consistently high sugarcane yields and production thanks to the company's fertilizer products. For example, Mr. Giao Dinh Tuyen's family has been farming in Dong Nang (Ha Son commune - Quy Hop district) for nearly 10 years with 10 hectares of sugarcane, and for 8 of those years, he has trusted the company's products. Each year, his family purchases and uses over 30 tons of organic and NPK fertilizers. Similarly, Mr. Tran Van Phu, who has been farming sugarcane in Trai La - Doc Dai (Ha Son - Quy Hop district) for 9 years and is the group leader of the Nghe An Tate & Lyle sugarcane joint venture, only uses fertilizers from Company 1/5, specifically microbial organic fertilizers, because of their consistently high quality. He uses organic microbial fertilizer as a base dressing and NPK fertilizer according to the prescribed dosage for top dressing, so his sugarcane yield averages 80 tons/ha throughout the entire cycle… The trust of farmers in the raw material area in the company's fertilizer products contributes positively to the consumption of over 1,000 tons each year, actively contributing to a green and sustainable agriculture in the Phu Quy region.
One advantage that the company's management recognized early on was leveraging its central location in Nghia Dan town to develop various service offerings. Initially, the company simply operated a restaurant called "1/5 Restaurant," but with the development of the district center and the growing demand for services, it expanded into guesthouse and entertainment services, contributing significantly to increased revenue and enhancing the image of the young Nghia Dan town. Mr. Phan Tuan Cuong, Party Secretary, Chairman and Director of the company, stated: "We are focusing on development based on three key advantages clearly identified by the company's leadership. In the future, we will continue to leverage our advantages in the area to further expand our services through joint ventures and partnerships."
The "three-pronged" approach, based on identifying key products and strategies to guide investment and development, has gradually enabled the 1/5 Nghe An One-Member Limited Liability Company to stabilize production and business, and overcome difficulties even in the context of economic recession. By the end of 2012, total revenue reached 85 billion VND, achieving 120% of the plan. Several key products achieved high production volumes, such as finished rubber (1,400 tons, 120% of the plan) and various types of fertilizers (1,200 tons). As a result, the company paid 4 billion VND in taxes to the state and created stable employment for workers with an average income of 3.5 million VND per person per month.
