The results of the first 8 months of the year are a very encouraging signal, affirming the determination to overcome difficulties and great efforts of the whole province.
However, in the face of the unusual impact of natural disasters, weather and the need for large spending on development investment as well as overcoming the consequences of storms and floods, Nghe An aims for departments, branches and localities to continue tightening financial discipline, strengthening revenue and expenditure management, while at the same time promoting production and business, creating more sustainable sources of revenue.
The focus from now until the end of the year is to promote growth momentum, concentrate on effectively exploiting resources, and be determined to complete and exceed the target of VND26,000 billion in budget revenue.
