Especially, in the context of inflation in fertilizer prices, the State's financial tightening, and high bank interest rates, it has caused many difficulties in production, especially in intensive investment and acreage expansion.
To maintain and boost production, the company has focused on promoting resources, especially the enterprise's own capital and capital of households, prioritizing investment in irrigation development, concentrated purchase of fertilizer seeds, promoting drought resistance, cold resistance, intensive farming and expanding the area of key crops such as rubber, coffee and stabilizing crops such as oranges and sugarcane.

In 2011, the company spent over 1.1 billion VND, of which 600 million VND was invested in production development to install and complete an irrigation pump system to ensure irrigation water for the coffee business area and to organize the planting of nearly 200 hectares of rubber, and the renovation of over 100 hectares of coffee. Up to now, the total rubber area has reached 2,771 hectares, coffee business over 546 hectares, and oranges 290 hectares. The company's crops such as coffee, rubber, oranges, and sugarcane are all fertilized to overcome the harsh weather conditions for a bumper crop.
In 2011, the company harvested and processed 2,100 tons of coffee beans, 2,518 tons of rubber latex, 21,850 tons of sugarcane, 3,029 tons of oranges, and produced 60,000 rubber grafts. Intensive investment and focus on product quality have not only increased productivity and output of coffee, rubber, oranges, and sugarcane, but also ensured quality at a good price, contributing to a revenue of 130 billion VND and a profit of 2.9 billion VND. Compared to the plan, revenue increased by 6%, and profit nearly doubled.
In the "storm" of inflation, the unit's production and business activities still developed, contributing 3,342 billion VND to the budget, an increase of 400 million VND compared to 2010. Nearly 2,500 employees in the company have regular jobs with an average income of 3.5 million VND/person/month.
Thanks to the increase in income, the company has been able to promote social, humanitarian and charitable activities as well as maintain cultural, artistic and sports movements and is becoming a bright spot in the agricultural and rural development sector of the province. Currently, the company has implemented the 2012 plan, striving to exceed the set targets.
