Especially in the context of inflationary prices of fertilizers and supplies, tight government finances, and high bank interest rates, production faced many difficulties, particularly in intensive farming and expanding cultivated areas."

To maintain and boost production, the company has focused on leveraging its resources, especially its own capital and capital from priority households, to invest in irrigation development, purchasing seeds and fertilizers in a centralized manner, intensifying drought and cold control efforts, intensive farming, and expanding the area of ​​key crops such as rubber and coffee, while stabilizing other crops like oranges and sugarcane.

In 2011, the company spent over 1.1 billion VND, including 600 million VND in investment capital for production development to install and complete the irrigation pumping system to ensure water supply for the coffee plantations and to plant nearly 200 hectares of new rubber trees and renovate over 100 hectares of coffee. To date, the total rubber plantation area has reached 2,771 hectares, the coffee plantation area is over 546 hectares, and the orange plantation area is 290 hectares. The company's crops, such as coffee, rubber, oranges, and sugarcane, have all been carefully cultivated to withstand harsh weather conditions, resulting in bountiful harvests.

In 2011, the company harvested and processed 2,100 tons of coffee beans, 2,518 tons of rubber latex, 21,850 tons of sugarcane, 3,029 tons of oranges, and produced 60,000 rubber grafts. Through intensive investment and a focus on product quality, coffee, rubber, oranges, and sugarcane not only increased productivity and output but also maintained high quality and fetched good prices, contributing to a revenue of 130 billion VND and a profit of 2.9 billion VND. Compared to the plan, revenue increased by 6%, and profit nearly doubled.

Amidst the inflationary "storm," the company's production and business activities continued to thrive, contributing 3.342 billion VND to the state budget, an increase of 400 million VND compared to 2010. Nearly 2,500 employees in the company have regular jobs with an average income of 3.5 million VND per person per month.

Thanks to increased revenue, the company has been able to promote social, humanitarian, and charitable activities, as well as maintain cultural, artistic, and sports movements, becoming a shining example in the province's agriculture and rural development sector. Currently, the company has implemented its 2012 plan, striving to exceed the set targets.
