Hong Thanh Commune received the Certificate of New Rural Standards

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 1, Hong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district(Nghe An)solemnly held the ceremony to announce the commune meeting the new rural standards in 2015. Comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee and leaders of Yen Thanh district attended the ceremony.

Hong Thanh Commune People's Committee received the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting new rural standards.

During the 5 years of implementing the national target program on new rural construction, Hong Thanh commune has mobilized the strength of the entire political system and the consensus of the people to focus on planning and implementing 19 appropriate criteria for each stage. The total mobilized investment capital is over 230 billion VND, people voluntarily donated over 38 hectares of residential land and contributed hundreds of working days to concretize 22 km of road.

Implementing the right structural shift, bringing the average income per capita to over 28 million VND/year, the poverty rate reduced to 2.7%. The movement "All people unite to build culture in residential areas", maintaining environmental sanitation is increasingly implemented effectively, national defense and security is maintained, the Party Committee has been recognized as a strong and effective organization for 4 consecutive years.

Recognizing the achievements, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Thanh district awarded the Certificate of recognition for Hong Thanh commune meeting the new rural standards for the period 2010-2015 and a bonus of 500 million VND to build welfare works for the commune.

On this occasion, Hong Thanh commune had 4 collectives and 5 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee "for outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, joining hands to build new rural areas"; Mr. Nguyen Cong Luong - Chairman of Hong Thanh Commune People's Committee was awarded a Certificate of Recognition as an excellent commune chairman at the provincial level; Yen Thanh District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 6 individuals.
