(Baonghean.vn) -On April 13, 2015, Nam Can commune (Ky Son district) held a ceremony to launch the 2015 military training and political education program.

Attendees included commune officials, secretaries of 12 Party branches, 6 village heads, principals of 4 schools, and 62 members of the Nậm Cắn commune militia.
