Nghia Duc commune (Nghia Dan district) meets national standards for healthcare.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 10th, at Nghia Duc commune, the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district held a ceremony to receive the certificate recognizing the commune as "Meeting national criteria for health care in the period 2011 - 2020".

The certificate recognizing Nghia Duc commune as having met national standards for healthcare was awarded.

To implement the National Criteria for Commune Health Stations for the period 2011-2020, Nghia Duc commune (Nghia Dan district) has focused on closely following the district People's Committee's plan for implementing national health standards and promoting the implementation of criteria as prescribed. Currently, the Nghia Duc commune health station has been built in a spacious and well-equipped manner, with medical equipment ensuring adequate primary healthcare. Besides performing well in medical examination and treatment, the Nghia Duc commune health station has fully implemented all prescribed health programs. To date, the number of patients visiting the station for examination and treatment has reached 4378, an increase of 1070 compared to 2013. Policy beneficiaries and children under 6 years old receive free medical examination and treatment; 100% of pregnant women receive tetanus vaccinations and prenatal care; and 100% of children receive all necessary vaccinations.

With the awarding of the Certificate of Recognition for Nghia Duc commune meeting national standards for health, Nghia Dan district has risen to 17th out of 25 communes that have achieved national standards for commune health in the 2011-2020 period.
