Quynh Van (Quynh Luu) received the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting new rural standards.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 4, Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu district held a ceremony to receive the Decision to recognize the commune as meeting new rural standards and the Certificate of recognition of the National Historical Relic of Con Diep Archaeological Site.
