(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 19, the Party Committee, People's Committee and people of Xuan Hoa commune (Nam Dan) solemnly held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting new rural standards (NTM).
To reach the NTM finish line, the Party Committee, government and people of Xuan Hoa commune have actively built infrastructure: electricity, roads, schools, stations, village and hamlet cultural houses... especially contributing 55 billion VND to build NTM.

In Xuan Hoa, 100% of households have audio-visual equipment, 12/12 hamlets have cultural houses, spacious community activities. The rate of cultural families annually reaches over 85%. The commune meets national standards on health. The quality of teaching and learning is increasingly improved. All 3 schools meet national standards. The rate of students passing the university and college entrance exams is 45-50 students.Xuan Hoa develops industries, services, trade and forest product processing. There is 1 carpentry village, nearly 40 trucks, passenger service cars, 22 milling machines... The whole commune has 5 high-income fields, more than 80 effective farming and livestock farms. Up to now, Xuan Hoa's average income per capita has reached 27.5 million VND/year; the poverty rate has decreased to 4.6% according to the new standards.

On this occasion, 4 collectives and 4 individuals of Xuan Hoa commune received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee. The Nam Dan District People's Committee also awarded certificates of merit to individuals and collectives of the commune with outstanding achievements in the movement to build new rural areas.
