The purpose of Decision 30 is to identify a list of villages and hamlets in particularly difficult circumstances, and communes in mountainous ethnic minority areas to submit to the Ethnic Committee for approval as a basis for determining appropriate investment policies for socio-economic development in the region.
Comrade Le Xuan Dai requested relevant sectors and localities to promptly send people to the grassroots to inspect and review to determine the correct subjects of application; organize training according to the correct procedures. Any problems arising in the implementation of Decision No. 30 should be proposed to the Provincial People's Committee for timely resolution, ensuring the progress of the proposed plan.
