From today, the Vietnamese petroleum market officially enters a new transition phase as RON95 gasoline ceases circulation and is replaced by E10 bioethanol nationwide. In Nghe An, the first day of implementation saw a stable market, guaranteed supply, and people gradually adapting to the new fuel.
