(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 4th, at the Do Luong District Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to review the results of implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo and Resolution 4 of the Central Committee in 2014.

Comrade Tran Cong Duong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, and Head of Cluster I - chaired the meeting. Attendees included leaders from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and members of the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees belonging to Cluster I: Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Anh Son, Thanh Chuong, Nam Dan, and Do Luong.

Overview of the conference

Over the past period, units have closely followed Plan 112-KH/TU dated January 13, 2014, of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Directive 03, proactively developing plans for implementation in their respective units. Many good and creative movements and activities that bring practical results have been developed and implemented by the Party committees, such as: "Farmers with Truong Sa"; building "Houses of Love"... in Do Luong, Con Cuong, Nam Dan, Anh Son, Thanh Chuong; building "savings money boxes" and "savings rice jars" in Do Luong, Con Cuong, Thanh Chuong, Nam Dan, Ky Son, Anh Son; "meals of love" in Thanh Chuong, Anh Son, Con Cuong; blood donation to save lives and giving gifts to patients in difficult circumstances by the Propaganda Department of Ky Son District Party Committee; the Party Committee of the Con Cuong District Government supporting students in Thach Ngan; The agencies and departments of Nam Dan district have assisted 125 disadvantaged families by donating cattle, providing financial assistance, and contributing labor to help the poor in remote, isolated, and particularly difficult areas; and by developing economic development models such as large-scale model fields, VACR (Vegetable, Animal, and Crop) farming, cultivating black hybrid gac fruit, growing fragrant roots, growing mushrooms, growing taro, growing ginger, and raising goats... across all units in the cluster.

After listening to the opinions of the delegates and concluding the conference, Comrade Tran Cong Duong emphasized: Political Bureau Directive 03 and Central Committee Resolution 4 have become key political and ideological content. Units need to continue incorporating these two contents into the regular activities of Party committees and branches; linking them to the implementation of political tasks in Party building, socio-economic development, and ensuring political security and social order; combating bureaucracy, abuse of power, arrogance, and corruption among cadres and civil servants. Actively build effective and impactful exemplary collective and individual models. Specific registration for each cadre and Party member implementing Directive 03 and Central Committee Resolution 4 is necessary.
