16-seat wedding bus accident, 7 people hospitalized
On the afternoon of January 3, Cho Ray Hospital announced that it had just received 7 victims of a traffic accident in Tien Giang province.
Doctors from the Emergency Department of Cho Ray Hospital said that 7 victims of the same accident were transferred to Cai Lay Hospital (Tien Giang province) at around 10am on January 3. The accident happened at around 5am on January 3.

A 16-seat car leaving Ho Chi Minh City to go to a wedding in An Giang province, while passing Cai Lay bridge (in Cai Lay district, Tien Giang province) suddenly lost control. After passing the bridge, the 16-seat car crashed straight into a 16-seat car going in the opposite direction.
The accident injured 7 people and they had to be taken to the emergency room. Among them, the most seriously injured person was Mr. Pham Van Bu (63 years old), who suffered a traumatic brain injury and cerebral hemorrhage.
Two cases suffered a fractured right femur, skinned left ankle, and hip injury. The remaining four cases suffered minor injuries and were discharged from the hospital today (January 3)./.
