Accordingly, at the above time, the pickup truck with license plate 37C - 221.87 was driven by a female driver about 40 years old, residing in Vinh City, traveling from Can Loc to Vinh.
When arriving at the above location, the car suddenly lost control, crashed into two milestones on the side of the road, then plunged into a field more than 5 meters from the road, causing severe damage.
