At about 2:15 p.m. on December 10, Nghi Son concrete truck with license plate 37C - 095.68 traveling on Nghi Duc - Nghi Thiet route, when passing through the road section in Xuan Huong hamlet, Nghi Duc commune (Vinh city), it got caught in an electric wire pulled across the road, causing the wire to break, at the same time breaking the electric pole and breaking part of the Fibro cement roof of a household's motorbike repair shop.
