(Baonghean.vn) -At 4:10 PM today, April 3rd, a crane overturned in the middle of National Highway 48B (the section passing through Quynh My commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province), causing serious traffic congestion on this section of the highway.

A crane was lifting a large tank onto a long truck (license plate: 37C-01567) parked in front of the Quỳnh Mỹ Commune People's Committee office. Due to imbalance, the crane overturned in the middle of the road as soon as the tank was lifted, causing a traffic jam that lasted for hours, involving hundreds of vehicles.

Traffic police in Quynh Luu district promptly arrived to direct traffic, regulate flow, and handle the incident.
