The accident occurred in the early morning of June 1st on the Vinh bypass road through Hung My commune, Hung Nguyen district. At that time, a container truck with license plate 51E 00136, loaded with beer, was traveling from north to south at high speed when it suddenly lost control, swerved off the road, crashed through the guardrail, and overturned into a field. After the accident, thousands of beer crates on the container truck were broken and spilled into the field. The driver was fortunate to only suffer minor injuries.

Immediately after the accident occurred, authorities arrived to secure the scene and protect the vehicle owner's property. On the morning of June 1st, the owner hired laborers to load the spilled beer onto another vehicle and simultaneously proceeded to tow the overturned truck away from the scene.
