Tractor trailer collides with motorbike, elderly couple injured
(Baonghean.vn) - The collision crushed the rear of the motorbike, and a helmet flew onto the road. Locals rushed the couple, both over 70 years old, to the hospital.
At 2:45 p.m. on November 30, on National Highway 7A, through Cong Thanh commune (Yen Thanh), a traffic accident occurred between a tractor trailer with license plate 37C- 245.28 and a motorbike with license plate 37- K5. 4765.

At the time of the accident, both the tractor trailer and the motorbike were traveling in the same direction from Dien Chau district to Do Luong, and collided at the above location.
The accident injured the couple on the motorbike, Mr. Nguyen Dang Tam and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kien, both over 70 years old, residing in Hamlet 11, Van Son Commune, Do Luong. Immediately after the accident, passersby promptly took the two victims to the hospital for emergency treatment.
At the scene, the rear of the motorbike was smashed, a helmet was thrown onto the road. The tractor trailer was over 40m away from the motorbike.
The cause of the accident is being investigated by authorities.
