Sleeper bus rolls over motorbike, sister-in-law dies

(Baonghean.vn)- On the morning of October 9, on Vinh bypass road through Nghi Hoa commune, Nghi Loc district, a serious traffic accident occurred between a sleeper bus and a motorbike, killing two people.

Initial information, at around 9:30 a.m. on October 9, driver Tran Van Kien (born in 1962, residing in Binh Tri Dong B ward, Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh City) was driving a sleeper bus with license plate 51B-124.42 of Dieu Hang bus company going North - South on the Vinh City bypass.

When the car reached Km00+700 through Nghi Hoa commune (Nghi Loc district), it suddenly collided with a motorbike with license plate 37P1-133.15 going in the opposite direction.

The accident killed Nguyen Thi Nhan (born in 1984) and Tran Thi Phuong (born in 1987), both living in Trung Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district). It is known that Nhan and Phuong are sisters-in-law.

Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police of Nghi Loc District and Nghe An Traffic Police Team quickly arrived at the scene to direct traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.

At the scene, the motorbike was badly damaged and was caught under the sleeper bus. The sleeper bus was on the left side of the road compared to the direction of traffic.
