The accident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on February 15 on National Highway 48, through Quynh Tam commune, Quynh Luu district.

At that time, the car with license plate 37A 161.10 was traveling in the direction of Nghia Dan - Dien Chau. When reaching the above road, the car's tire exploded, causing the driver to lose control. The car "flew" into an empty space and then lay "on its belly" on the side of the road.
