At 3:40 PM today (December 15th), a truck with license plate 38C-028.48, carrying over 30 tons of iron, was traveling from Vinh to Hanoi. Upon reaching the Nam Hong block in Dien Hong commune, the truck attempted to turn around. However, due to the long length of the truck and the heavy load, the cargo bed tilted at a 45-degree angle, causing the vehicle to stop abruptly across the road. This resulted in traffic congestion stretching for tens of kilometers in both the South and North directions.

Traffic police from Dien Chau station and Dien Chau district police quickly arrived and used a crane to remove the vehicle from the scene to clear the traffic congestion and identify the driver. After nearly an hour of rescue efforts, the scene was finally cleared.
