Passenger bus caught fire at night while traveling on National Highway 1A
A passenger bus traveling on National Highway 1A suddenly caught fire. There were 30 passengers on board at the time.
At about 3:55 a.m. on April 14, at km 711+00 of National Highway 1A, through Sen Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province, a serious passenger bus fire occurred.
At that time, the passenger bus with license plate 38N - 5288 driven by Dau Xuan Sang (born in 1980, residing in Thach Quy ward, Ha Tinh city) was traveling in the South - North direction, carrying 30 passengers when it arrived at the above location and suddenly caught fire.

Immediately after discovering the fire, the driver stopped the car, evacuated passengers and property, and tried to put out the fire.
Authorities later arrived to handle the situation, but the fire quickly spread throughout the vehicle and burned it down completely. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
