Passenger bus collided with cement truck, many people injured
(Baonghean.vn) - Traveling in the same direction on Highway 1A, a passenger bus crashed into the back of a tanker truck, the driver was trapped in the cabin, the accident caused many casualties.
The accident happened at around 3:30 a.m. on July 19 on National Highway 1A, km 394+00, block 12, Quynh Xuan ward, Hoang Mai town.
At the above time, passenger bus with license plate 29B-60679 was traveling from Thanh Hoa to Vinh. When arriving at the above location, it collided with a tanker truck with license plate 37R-0481 carrying cement.

The strong collision caused the front of the bus to be deformed and severely damaged. The bus driver was trapped in the cabin. About 15 passengers were injured, some in critical condition and were rescued by authorities and local people and taken to the emergency room.
At the scene, the front of the passenger bus was severely damaged, the rear of the tanker truck was dented.

Upon receiving information about the incident, Hoang Mai town police were present at the scene to direct traffic, investigate the cause and resolve the consequences of the accident.
