(Baonghean.vn) -At 9:00 AM on August 28th, a traffic control patrol team from Hung Nguyen District Police inspected a passenger bus with license plate 18B-00097 driven by Vu Quang Trung (born 1973, residing in Nam Dinh province) and discovered Tran Van Duong (born 1969, residing in another province) inside the vehicle.MaleDinh (a passenger in the vehicle) was transporting 30kg of smuggled fireworks. The district police have drawn up a report and are taking action.
