According to reports, at that time, a truck carrying firewood with license plate 37C - 147.13, traveling from Quynh Van, lost control and suddenly crashed into a house. Mr. Ngo Anh Hung, who was sleeping inside, was buried under the rubble. Fortunately, thanks to the timely help of his neighbors, Mr. Hung escaped unharmed.
