According to some eyewitnesses, while descending the Truong Ven slope, due to high speed and the downhill momentum, the driver of the four-seater KIA car overturned, with the car's underside facing upwards. The windows were shattered and some parts were damaged. Fortunately, the driver and passengers were not seriously injured.

It is understood that the driver and passenger were a father and son. After the accident, the driver asked local residents and a crane to lift the car back up.
