Some people who witnessed the accident said: While going down Truong Ven slope, due to driving at high speed and on the way downhill, the driver of the 4-seat KIA car flipped over, its belly exposed to the sky, the car's windows were broken and some parts were damaged. Luckily, the driver and the people in the car were not seriously injured.

It is known that the driver and the passengers in the car were father and son. After the accident, the driver asked people and a crane to flip the car over.
