Overall, Indian automaker Tata Motors still has a long way to go to establish itself in the international automotive market. Nevertheless, we have seen encouraging improvements in the company's new models at this year's exhibition.
The Hexa model boasts a muscular, sporty SUV design. It's designed to comfortably seat six passengers. Under the hood is a brand-new 2.2-liter VARICOR 400 diesel engine, producing 154 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, available with both a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Tata Motors stated: “The Hexa concept represents a new direction in future SUV design and is ready for production.”
However, Autonews remains skeptical about whether this final version inherits modern design lines and whether it is sufficient for six passengers, as the manufacturer claims. According to Autonews, a positive point for the Hexa is its 19-inch alloy wheels.
Furthermore, viewed from afar at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the ConnectNext concept resembled a motorized Casper. Tata Motors presented it as a five-seater electric vehicle with minimalist controls.

In addition, front-seat occupants can use a control "wheel"—inspired by the iPod Classic—to control vehicle functions. Most notably, it is equipped with HUDs (Head-Up Displays) with enhanced navigation and warning functions to guide the driver.
