Accordingly, at about 12:30 on December 12, on the inter-commune road from Chieu Luu commune to Bao Thang commune, through Cha Ca 1 village, Bao Thang commune, Ky Son district, a truck carrying construction materials with license plate 37C - 255.89, driver's identity unknown, traveling towards Chieu Luu and Bao Thang commune overturned.

Due to the slippery road, the heavy truck lost its brakes while going downhill and crashed straight into the main house of Mr. Moong Pho Chau's family in Cha Ca 1 village, Bao Thang commune. The crash caused the truck to be severely damaged, flipped over, and injured the driver. The accident caused the collapse of one side of the house and damaged many of Mr. Moong Pho Chau's family's properties. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

It is known that when the accident happened, the vehicle was transporting materials to build a dormitory for students at Bao Thang Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities.
