At about 9:00 a.m. on August 18, on the way from Tien Phong commune to Thong Thu (Que Phong)kColliding in Loc village, Thong Thu commune, suddenly a truck with license plate 37N - 85 66, owned by Hien Qu bus company,A truck in Thong Thu commune (Que Phong) carrying an excavator (there were 2 people on the excavator, 1 person sitting in the cockpit, 1 person standing on the excavator to clear the electric wires on the road when the vehicle passed) unfortunately lost its brakes and crashed into the road barrier, causing the barrier to be cut in half and it fell into the deep abyss under the Ban Loc bridge.

When the truck plunged into the abyss, the truck driver quickly opened the door and jumped out. The person sitting in the excavator cabin was also unharmed. However, the person standing above to push the electric wire away was crushed by the excavator and is currently in critical condition.
