The accident occurred at noon today, January 6th, in Nghia Binh commune, Tan Ky district (Nghe An province).

According to reports, at the time of the incident, the driver of the truck with license plate 34L-0678, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuong (born in 1974), residing in Nghia Dan district, was transporting over 10 tons of sugarcane from Nghia Dan to Tan Ky (Nghe An province). When the truck reached Nghia Binh commune, Tan Ky district, the rear tire exploded, causing the vehicle to overturn. Some of the sugarcane spilled onto the road. Fortunately, no one was passing by at that time, so no one was injured, and the driver was unharmed.
