Truck hits car spinning on Highway 1A

(Baonghean.vn) - At around 5:30 p.m. on August 20, on National Highway 1A, through Quan Bau ward (Vinh city), a traffic collision occurred between a truck and a 4-seat car.

According to witnesses, at the time, car with license plate 37A-071.51 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling in the South-North direction when it suddenly braked to avoid a bus traveling in the same direction entering the pick-up point.

Due to sudden braking, the car lost control and turned to the left. At that moment, a truck with license plate 37N-4852 traveling in the same direction was also coming, could not avoid it and crashed into the 4-seater car.

The collision caused the 4-seater car to spin sideways and crash into the median strip, damaging the front undercarriage. The left side of the car was scratched and dented, and the left mirror was broken. The truck did not suffer any significant damage.

Fortunately, the collision did not cause any injuries to either driver. However, because it occurred during rush hour, the accident attracted the curiosity of many people, affecting traffic in the area.
