Accordingly, at around 3:40 p.m. on November 14, on National Highway 1A, through Nghi Quang commune, a truck with license plate 37C - 277.69 driven by Mr. Thuan (residing in Quynh Trang commune, Hoang Mai town) in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi collided with a motorbike with license plate 37B2 - 238.07 driven in the same direction by Mr. Ho Nhan Nga (born in 1967) carrying Ms. Ho Thi Bich (born in 1970, both residing in Dien Trung commune, Dien Chau district).
The strong collision caused both people on the motorbike to fall onto the road. Ms. Bich died on the spot, while Mr. Nga was taken to the emergency room in critical condition.
Upon receiving the information, Nghi Loc District Police were present at the scene to regulate traffic and make a record to clarify the cause of the accident.
