The traffic accident occurred at 11:40 am on May 11 on National Highway 1A in Nghi Kim commune (Vinh city), causing damage to both vehicles, but the driver escaped death.

Accordingly, at the above time, the driving practice car with license plate 37A - 047.10 was traveling from Vinh to near Quan Banh intersection when it suddenly crashed into the back of a white 4-seater car with license plate 37A - 169.80, pushing this car to the left of the road, the front of the car crashed close to the hard median strip in the middle of the road.
