At the beginning of the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee listened to and gave opinions on the investment policy of projects in Vinh City and Cua Lo Town, in which in Vinh City there are 3 projects of the investor Vietnam-Laos Economic Cooperation Corporation including: Investment project of green parks, villas and resorts along Vinh City's regulating lake, located in Hung Dung ward, Hung Hoa commune and Hung Loc commune; investment project of Nguyen Gia Thieu extended road (in the form of BT) and urban area project on both sides of Nguyen Gia Thieu extended road and Detailed planning project of eco-tourism complex, resort villas, entertainment and sports area Lan Chau - Song Ngu, Cua Lo Town invested by Song Ngu Son Joint Stock Company.

After listening to the opinions of the comrades in the Standing Committee and leaders of some related sectors, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that for the Lan Chau - Song Ngu project, there needs to be coordination between the police and military to implement the project to ensure national defense and security regulations; for projects in Vinh City, investors are initially allowed to make plans, and before granting investment certificates, specialized sectors are required to survey, consider investment capacity and make specific commitments during the project implementation process to ensure the project is on schedule and effective.

Regarding the content of some policies for high-quality human resources in Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, state administration, public service, and socio-political organizations in Nghe An, the opinions expressed all agreed that this is a very important and necessary policy to contribute to improving the quality of the staff and civil servants, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development of the province in the current period and the following years.
