Five drug offenders are being tried in a mobile court.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 22, 2015, the People's Court of Vinh City held a mobile trial for defendants accused of illegally buying, selling, and possessing narcotics.

The defendants prosecuted by the People's Procuracy of Vinh City for the crime of illegally buying, selling, and possessing narcotics include: Nguyen Duc Hiep, born in 1988; Le Van Bac, born in 1987, residing in Block 1, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City; Doan Vu Linh, born in 1994, residing in Block 1, Cua Nam Ward; Le Ngoc Phuc, born in 1993, residing in Block 3, Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City; and Dau Doan Tuan, born in 1989, residing in Vinh Tien Block, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City.

At the trial, the defendants honestly confessed to all their crimes. The panel of judges applied the provisions of the Penal Code and sentenced defendant Nguyen Duc Hiep to 7 years and 6 months imprisonment, Le Van Bac to 24 months imprisonment, Le Ngoc Phuc to 24 months imprisonment, Dau Doan Tuan to 24 months imprisonment, and Doan Vu Linh to 24 months imprisonment.

It is known that in June 2015, the People's Court of Vinh City will hold 5 mobile court sessions.
