Mobile court sessions for criminal cases are being held in Vinh City.

(Baonghean.vn) -The People's Court of Vinh City recently held a mobile trial in Tan Lam block (Hung Dung ward, Vinh City) on charges of theft, abuse of trust to misappropriate property, illegal buying, selling and possessing of narcotics, and prostitution.

The drug offenders include: Duong Van Lam (born 1986, Hamlet 9, Hung Thinh, Hung Nguyen), Thai Huy Tuan (born 1994, Hamlet 6, Hung Chinh, Vinh City), Nguyen Thang Thien (born 1989, Tan Lam Block, Hung Dung), and Pham Hong Dan (born 1974, Tan Hoa Block, Vinh Tan). The offenders for theft and abuse of trust are: Nguyen Minh Duc (born 1984, Tan Phong Block, Le Mao) and Pham Thi Nguyet (born 1979, Duc Tho District, Ha Tinh Province) who committed prostitution.

At the trial, the defendants honestly confessed to all their crimes.

The People's Court of Vinh City sentenced the defendants as follows: Duong Van Lam: 7 years and 6 months imprisonment, Thai Huy Tuan: 4 years and 6 months imprisonment, Nguyen Thang Thien: 7 years and 6 months imprisonment, Nguyen Minh Duc: 66 months imprisonment, Pham Thi Nguyet: 15 months imprisonment.
