(Baonghean) - Currently at the peak of the dry season, many households in Xieng Lip village (Yen Hoa commune - Tuong Duong) are "thirsty" for clean water, their daily lives are facing many difficulties. They are households living at high altitudes, far from streams, while the self-flowing clean water system has been damaged for many years. To have water for daily use, Xieng Lip villagers have to go down to lowlands to carry each can and have to use it sparingly and economically.
