“Insincere apology”, young man was assaulted and hospitalized
Due to a previous conflict, Nguyen Khoa Tuan and his accomplices chased and beat the victim to the point of hospitalization.
On November 18, the Investigation Police Department of Huong Khe District (Ha Tinh) summoned 5 subjects to investigate the act of intentionally causing injury.
The subjects include: Nguyen Khoa Tuan (born in 1989, residing in Hamlet 6, Phuc Dong Commune); Ngo Xuan Minh (born in 1988) and Ngo Xuan Son (born in 1991, both residing in Hamlet 1, Hoa Hai Commune, Huong Khe District); Nguyen Van Thach (born in 1989, residing in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) and Nguyen Hong Quan (born in 1996, residing in Hamlet 8, Hoa Hai Commune).
Previously, on October 29, due to a conflict while singing karaoke, Phan Quoc Nhat (born 1993, residing in Phu Gia commune, Huong Khe district) and Nguyen Khoa Tuan got into a fight.

On November 13, Phan Quoc Nhat and some friends made an appointment to meet Nguyen Khoa Tuan to discuss reconciliation. Therefore, Tuan invited the above subjects to join.
After drinking, the two groups of young men continued to go to a karaoke bar to sing. But there, the two sides continued to argue. The incident was stopped by everyone, so Nhat took a taxi home.
Thinking that Nhat came to apologize but his attitude was not sincere and continued to cause conflict, Ngo Xuan Minh drove a 4-seat car carrying Nguyen Khoa Tuan, Ngo Xuan Son, Nguyen Van Thach and Nguyen Hong Quan, carrying a water pipe and an iron pipe to take revenge.
When chasing to Ho Chi Minh road (in Binh Giang hamlet, Huong Binh commune), they discovered Phan Quoc Nhat walking on the roadside, so they used a pipe and an iron pipe to chase and beat him, causing injuries to the victim who had to be taken to the emergency room and treated at Huong Khe District General Hospital.
After receiving the information, Huong Khe District Police quickly coordinated with Huong Binh and Phuc Dong Commune Police to investigate and verify.
Currently, Huong Khe District Police are continuing to consolidate documents and evidence to handle related subjects according to legal regulations.
