Mr. Vo Nhu Dao - Deputy Director of Quang Nam Lottery Company Limited confirmed that it was an unexpected incident.

According to Mr. Dao, at the time of the special prize drawing, the employee in 6th place drew ball number 2, but when he picked up the number board to raise it, he mistakenly picked up number board 5.

Based on the name tag held up by the employee, the announcer read out the number 5, leading to confusion. After realizing he had taken the wrong number tag, the employee in position 6 changed the number 5 to number 2.

Immediately after the special prize results were available, the Company issued the exact prize according to the opening round of the prize drawing as 923352. This is determined to be the final and official result of the special prize in the drawing session on July 1, 2025.
