(Baonghean.vn) - For many years, the protective forest land in Sub-region 681 (managed by Tuong Duong Protective Forest Management Board) has been frequently encroached upon by people clearing forests for farming and illegally exploiting forest products.

The cause stems from the administrative boundary dispute that has not been resolved for many years.
