Handling the 9X group that created a series of fanpages to avoid the "special task force"
Five young people born in the 90s have created nearly a dozen fanpages to share information and images related to the 141 task force to help traffic violators avoid authorities.
On March 15, the Department of High-Tech Crime Prevention (Hanoi Police) announced that it had coordinated with the authorities to administratively sanction 5 young men who created and operated the Facebook social networking site (fanpage) "Bao ct 141", for the act of using information of other organizations and individuals without consent or for the wrong purpose according to Decree 174 of the Government.

According to the verification results of the high-tech police, from October 2014 until now, the above group of young people has created nearly ten fanpages in the form of "Avoid checkpoint 141 Hanoi", "Report checkpoint 141" or "Communicate checkpoint 141" with the purpose of sharing information and images related to the 141 working groups of the Hanoi Police, helping traffic violators avoid areas where the functional forces are on duty.
Each of these fanpages has thousands of members participating in commenting and providing daily information about the activities of the joint task forces. Hanoi police said that this behavior hinders the fight against crime and endangers the officers and soldiers stationed at the posts.
A representative of the High-Tech Crime Prevention Police Department said that the five people who created and managed the above social networking sites were all 9X. Based on the violations of this group of young people, the authorities have drawn up a record of administrative fines ranging from 10 to 20 million VND and handed them over to their families and localities for warning and education.
