Fine 1 case of crossing the checkpoint into Nghi An commune (Vinh city)
(Baonghean.vn) - A citizen from Dien Chau, after deliberately crossing the checkpoint, was fined 2 million VND by the People's Committee of Nghi An commune and forced to return to his hometown.
The People's Committee of Nghi An Commune (Vinh City) has just issued a decision to fine a case of intentionally going from Nghi Phong Commune (Nghi Loc) to Nghi An Commune. That case is Mr. Tran Chien, residing in Dien Tho Commune (Dien Chau), working as a freelance worker.

Before that, make the decisionsocial distancingIn the whole Vinh city, according to Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, in addition to the checkpoints set up by the City People's Committee, the Nghi An Commune People's Committee also organized checkpoints on inter-commune roads connecting Nghi An with Nghi Phong, Nghi Truong, Nghi Hoa, Nghi Thach communes of Nghi Loc district. However, Mr. Chien still deliberately bypassed the checkpoints, following the dirt road in the middle of the fields to enter Nghi An area.

Immediately after the discovery, Nghi An Commune People's Committee asked Mr. Chien to go to the Commune Health Station to declare his health and have his temperature checked. At the same time, he was fined 2 million VND and forced to return to his hometown.
