On August 23, in the Nam Khien 1 village area, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, the patrol team of Nam Can Border Post, Nghe An Border Guard discovered two young men illegally using homemade guns, namely Kha Van Tinh (born 1996) and Kha Van Quy (born 1995), both residing in Xoong Con village, Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district.

Through investigation, the two young men confessed that due to limited awareness, they used homemade guns in Nam Can commune for hunting.
