On August 23, in the Nam Khien 1 village area, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, the patrol team of Nam Can Border Post, Nghe An Border Guard discovered two young men illegally using homemade guns, namely Kha Van Tinh (born in 1996) and Kha Van Quy (born in 1995), both residing in Xoong Con village, Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district.

Through investigation, the two young men confessed that due to limited awareness, they used homemade guns to hunt in Nam Can commune.
Nam Can Border Guard Station has filed a case, handled administrative violations, confiscated 2 guns and imposed an administrative fine of 4 million VND for illegal gun use./.
