Items seized as evidence of violation

On October 10th, the Nậm Cắn International Border Gate Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard Command) reported that during inspections and controls of people and vehicles crossing the Nậm Cắn border gate, officers discovered 1.4 kg of firecrackers (owner not identified) on a passenger bus with license plate 90-30 (Laos), owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam, born in 1960, residing in Block 7, Nghi Hoa Ward, Cua Lo Town.

Based on Government Decree 167, the Nậm Cắn International Border Gate Border Guard Station issued a decision to impose an administrative fine of 5,000,000 VND on the vehicle owner, to be paid into the state budget, and simultaneously confiscated the infringing items.
