Administrative penalty for girl who organized illegal activities of Church of God
(Baonghean.vn) - In addition to administrative penalties, the police also required this girl to write a commitment not to propagate or entice people to join this association, and to expel her from the area.
On the afternoon of May 3, Nghia Dan District Police announced that they had administratively fined Phan Thi Suong (born in 1992, from Kim Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District) for storing and disseminating illegal documents and enticing people to join the Church of God.

Major Tran Van Thap - Deputy Head of Nghia Dan District Police said: After taking statements and completing the collection of documents, the police agency invited the girl's family and administratively fined Phan Thi Suong 4.2 million VND according to Clause 2, Article 27, Decree 159/2013 on administrative sanctions for violations in press and publishing activities.
The police also asked Suong to write a commitment not to propagate or entice people to join the Church of God, and at the same time expelled Suong from Nghia Dan district.
Previously, on May 2, authorities raided the rented house of Ms. Nguyen Thi Van in Hamlet 4, Nghia Trung Commune (Nghia Dan) and discovered that Phan Thi Suong had rented the house under the name of expanding the market for high-quality paper and spring rolls.

In fact, Suong used the rented house to gather and attract many people in Nghia Dan district and Thai Hoa town to illegally participate in the Church of God.
At the scene, authorities seized 15 kg of documents, books of unknown origin and many objects related to the activities and preaching of the Church of God.

Among them is a list of many participants born from 1990 onwards, who are students of a number of universities and colleges in the area.
