Spring Thanh, the sea calls!

Especially after the Opening of the 2019 beach tourism season held on the evening of April 27, Xuan Thanh has been and is an attractive destination for domestic and international tourists.

This is an annual program to promote and introduce images and culture; attract tourism; attract investment, gradually turning Xuan Thanh into a key coastal tourist area in the North Central region associated with unique cultural tourism activities.
According to statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, during the April 30 holiday, tourist destinations in Ha Tinh welcomed more than 530,000 visitors, of which sea tourism attracted more than 250,000 visitors. Xuan Thanh beach area welcomed more than 40,000 visitors; Thach Hai beach attracted about more than 18,000 visitors; Ky Xuan beaches (Ky Anh district) and Ky Ninh (Ky Anh town) also attracted more than 20,000 visitors.
Xuan Thanh is one of the most beautiful beaches in the North Central region with a length of up to 5 km, with a gentle slope. The sea water here has a moderate salinity, is clear, blue and very clean with the Mat island system, Ngu island connected in the lyrical natural scenery. Running along the length of the beach is the My Duong freshwater river that seeps down from Hong Linh mountain, the water here is not deep, but is clear all year round, surrounded by mountains, creating a wild natural landscape, beautiful enough to captivate people's hearts.
A tourist from Hanoi shared: Unlike traditional beach resorts such as Cua Lo, Sam Son, Do Son... Xuan Thanh is completely isolated from the noisy, bustling city with massive concrete buildings blocking the view. Here, visitors can fully enjoy the blue sky, the blue sea, suitable for those who love nature and want to experience and explore new lands.
Within a radius of only 10 km, visitors can visit many spiritual cultural sites or typical historical relics. These are Cho Cui Temple; Ca Temple - worshiping the national saint Dai Can of Nam Hai; Memorial area of the great national poet - world cultural celebrity Nguyen Du; Temple of General Nguyen Cong Tru; Geography Saint Ta Ao; or immerse yourself in the sweet, melodious, deep sound of Ca Tru Co Dam, then visit the famous sights in“Eight Scenes of Nghi Xuan”…
As a new land with many potentials and advantages in tourism, the local government has recently focused on promoting development and upgrading infrastructure to attract investment, especially the transportation system, including roads and airways. Many new bridges and roads have been opened, creating momentum for tourism to take off and being the driving force for real estate development.

However, real estate prices in Xuan Thanh are currently at a particularly attractive starting price of only 8 million/m2.2price. This price is expected to increase rapidly, the profit rate/investment capital can reach from 90 - 200%, when the infrastructure system comes into operation: Cua Hoi bridge connecting Cua Lo tourism to Xuan Thanh area, 66m national coastal road passing through Xuan Thanh, Vinh airport expanded into an international airport... Especially new, unique real estate products that do not have much presence in the Vietnamese market, the potential for price increase is even higher.
The most prominent project in Xuan Thanh is Hoa Tien Paradise - Xuan Thanh Golf and Resort, invested by Hong Lam - Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company. The project is deployed on a scale of more than 121 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, with a variety of product types: villas, golf course villas, shophouses...
