'Spring and Youth' filled with December's Proud Melody

December Pride Melodies will bring songs of hope, a musical party to celebrate the new spring and beautiful memories of the old spring.

The December Pride Melody with the theme “Spring and Youth” will recreate songs from the 40s and 50s, with the colors and sounds of lyrical and green music. The love songs are a mix of old arrangements with slow rhythms, dotted with folk notes mixed with a bit of Jazz and chamber music, exuding a gentle, romantic feel.

The song “Spring and Youth” is bustling with Rumba rhythm through the gentle and skillful voice of the 5 Dong Ke group. This song was composed by musician La Hoi when he was 20 years old, and is also the musician’s most famous song. The youthful and profound lyrics combined with the lively melody create a bustling sound full of spring. Since then, the song “Spring and Youth” has always been one of the best spring songs, performed the most throughout the country and in the Vietnamese community abroad.

A year after La Hoi wrote the song “Spring and Youth”, musician Hoang Giac also thanks to his dream love had for himself a masterpiece “Dream Flowers” ​​at the age of 21. In 1949, the work “Du am” was born after an unfinished love affair by musician Nguyen Van Ty. With the performance of “Du am”, singer Ha Anh Tuan expressed the “sad love” quality in his voice.

On the stage of December's Pride Melody, the program's production crew placed two remixes "Old Afternoon Shadow" and "Afternoon" next to each other to create a medley through the graceful performance of the two singers Le Anh Dung - Nhat Thuy.

Closing the December Pride Melody is the song “Ly ruou mung” by musician Pham Dinh Chuong performed by two female singers Bao Tram and Ngoc Khue and the group Dong thoi gian. The song is like a wish to the audience for a warm and happy new year.
