1. Tropical depression near the East Sea

At 4:00 a.m. on November 1,The center of the tropical depression is located at about 11.5 degrees North latitude; 121.5 degrees East longitude, about 220km East of Palawan Island (Philippines). The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 7 (50-60km/h), gusting to level 9.

Forecast for the next 24 hours,The tropical depression is moving in the West-Northwest direction, traveling about 20km per hour and is likely to strengthen into a storm. Around this afternoon (November 1), the storm will enter the East Sea. At 4:00 a.m. on November 2, the center of the storm is at about 11.8 degrees North latitude; 117.0 degrees East longitude, in the eastern part of the East Sea, about 300km east of Song Tu Tay Island. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 8 (60-75km/hour), gusting to level 10.

At 4:00 a.m. on November 2, the center of the tropical depression is at about 8.4 degrees North latitude; 104.5 degrees East longitude, in the sea south of Ca Mau province. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6-7 (40-60km/h), gusting to level 9.
