(Baonghean.vn) - In the face of heavy rains caused by the circulation after storm No. 9, many localities in Nghe An province were severely flooded. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed all levels of the Youth Union to quickly mobilize 460 volunteer youth teams on the spot to help people avoid flooding.
