(Baonghean.vn) - In the face of heavy rains caused by the circulation after storm No. 9, many localities in Nghe An province were severely flooded. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed the Youth Union at all levels to quickly mobilize 460 volunteer youth teams on the spot to help people avoid flooding.
