Worthy of being the pioneer force of Nghe An Province Business Bloc
(Baonghean.vn) - In the 2017 - 2022 term, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the Youth Union of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc has closely followed the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union to successfully complete the set goals. With high determination, the youth of the Business Bloc has promoted the spirit of solidarity and creativity to innovate the content and methods of operation, making an important contribution to the process of building and developing businesses and the stable economic development of the province.
Actively care for the lives of young workers
In recent days, Le Thi Hai Yen and her children in Hamlet 6, Quynh My Commune (Quynh Luu) have received great joy when their dilapidated house has been rebuilt and renovated to be spacious and comfortable. Yen is a worker at the Bac Nghe An Irrigation Company Limited, raising her children alone, while her parents are old and weak, making their lives lacking in many ways.
Understanding that, the Provincial Business Bloc Union mobilized and coordinated with companies and units in the province to donate and support nearly 60 million VND to renovate the house for Ms. Yen and her child. After more than 2 months of construction, the project was completed, creating great confidence for the workers in the Bac Irrigation Company in particular...

To join hands to help workers in difficult circumstances who are raising young children, in the period of 2016-2021, the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union has done a good job of taking care of and helping 21 children of workers to study well in Nghe An province.
At the same time, develop the model by supporting 4 more children of union members in the block, helping them overcome difficulties, strive to study and practice, create development opportunities and have a good future.

In addition, many meaningful action programs have been implemented by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc in coordination with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and achieved important results. Notably, activities to care for workers are demonstrated through high-profile programs such as Lunar New Year, Workers' Month, "Warm Winter", "Spring of Love", "Youth Workers' Festival", "Voluntary Blood Donation", "Repaying Gratitude".

Through these activities, on average, more than 3,000 gifts have been given to families with preferential policies and workers' families in difficult circumstances each year. On average, nearly 500 gifts, worth nearly 500 million VND, are given and supported annually to young people and workers in difficulty, and the Youth Workers' Festival is organized with many activities such as medical examination, consultation, and medicine distribution for young workers; "Zero-VND booth"; sports and cultural activities to create a positive ripple effect among union members and young people.

"Understanding the difficulties and hardships of workers and laborers, the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc and the Bloc's Youth Union have actively coordinated and at the same time saved the unit's budget to organize practical activities for workers and promptly shared and encouraged workers and laborers to have confidence to overcome all difficulties. From there, we strive to compete for good labor, creative labor, unite with the unit to complete production and business plans, create harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations."

Building a strong and comprehensive Youth Union organization
Last July, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union announced the decision to establish the Youth Union of Nghe Nhan Group Company Limited with nearly 60 union members and young people participating in activities.
Developing the Youth Union in enterprises is one of the key tasks that the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union have paid great attention to in recent times. Thanks to that, up to now, the Youth Bloc Youth Union has built and strongly developed 84 grassroots Youth Union organizations with a total of 4,201 members. The Youth Union members and young people have stable jobs and incomes, have a rich spiritual life, and are cared for by the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and organizations and unions in enterprises.

The branches have promoted the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of the young workforce in taking on difficult and new tasks at the company, excellently completing professional tasks, taking the lead in building and implementing corporate culture; promoting the role of the young generation in volunteering for community life and social security.
Notably, the campaign "Each youth has a creative idea" throughout the term, the entire Union had more than 1,934 ideas and initiatives, much more than the period 2012 - 2016 (only 366 ideas and initiatives).

During the term, many comrades were honored with outstanding titles at the provincial and national levels such as "National Excellent Young Worker", "Ly Tu Trong Award", "Outstanding Young Party Member". Thanks to their initiatives and ideas that have made great contributions to the business. In 2018 and 2021, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee organized to honor collectives and individuals with outstanding initiatives.
Many exemplary union members have made outstanding contributions to the movement "Good workers, creative workers" such as comrade Tran Quang Hai (Party Committee of Tan Khanh An Company Limited); comrade Phan Thi Thu Hoai (Party Cell of TTH Group Joint Stock Company); comrade Le Xuan Nam (Party Committee of Nghe Tinh Port Joint Stock Company); comrade Cao Manh Hung (Party Committee of Nghe An Petroleum Company)...
In addition, the Youth Union organizations have also paid attention to training and fostering outstanding members, introducing them to Party cells for monitoring and consideration of proposals for admission to the Party. The work of training and introducing outstanding members to the Party has been given attention by the bases.

During the 2017-2021 period, the entire Youth Union introduced 974 outstanding members to the Party for monitoring and consideration of admission, of which 730 comrades were honored to join the Party. This force actively participated in giving opinions on documents, propaganda, serving the Party Congress, and electing People's Council delegates at all levels. Along with pioneering in professional activities, the youth of the Enterprise Bloc has received high consensus from the grassroots, and has been welcomed and trusted by union members and young people.
From those efforts, many collectives and individuals of the Youth Union of the Bloc were honored to be commended and rewarded. Many collectives and individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit, Certificates of Merit and Emulation Flags by the Central Youth Union, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Youth Union, and the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee.

Continue to affirm the pioneering and exemplary role
It can be seen that, although the past term, the activities of enterprises in general and the Youth Union organizations in the Business Sector in particular were negatively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic as well as the negative side of the integration trend and rapid changes in the market.
However, with strong internal strength, the youth of the Provincial Business Bloc has inherited and promoted the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to constantly strive in studying, producing and doing business, making an important contribution to the process of building and developing enterprises and the stable economic development of the province.

During the past term, the grassroots Youth Union organizations in the Provincial Business Sector have always maintained and promoted their pioneering and exemplary roles to effectively carry out the tasks of developing production and business of enterprises. The Youth Union of the Business Sector has gradually matured, many comrades have been assigned to take on important positions in agencies, departments, branches, unions at all levels and enterprises inside and outside the province.

With the awareness that "Building a strong Youth Union organization is building the Party one step ahead", Comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee expressed her confidence that the Party Committees of the Bloc, Party committees at all levels, and business leaders will effectively implement Resolution No. 04-NQ/DUK of the Executive Committee of the Business Bloc Party Committee on "Improving the quality of Youth Union organizations in the Business Bloc" for the period 2022 - 2027. From here, we will well implement the goal of solidarity, striving to build and consolidate the Youth Union organization to become increasingly stronger.

Some basic indicators of the youth of the Provincial Business Bloc in the term 2022 - 2027:
1.100% of cadres and union members and 80% of union members and youth are educated, thoroughly understood and propagated about the policies and resolutions of the Party, the Union, the State's legal policies and revised political theory lessons of the Union.
2.Every year, the entire Union carries out at least 05 district-level youth projects, 150 grassroots-level youth projects to solve difficulties and new tasks at enterprises, and volunteer for community life.
3.100% of Youth Union bases implement the campaignEvery young person has a creative ideaEvery year, the whole union synthesizes an average of 300 ideas and initiatives from union members and young people to apply into practice.
4..Every year, establish at least 2 new grassroots Youth Union organizations in private enterprises, joint stock enterprises, and foreign-invested enterprises.
5.During the term, the Bloc Youth Union organizes at least 1 activity to promote the building and enhancement of corporate culture at the grassroots level.
6.Every year, the entire Union introduces at least 150 outstanding members for the Party to consider admission, of which the admission rate reaches 70% or more.
7.Every year, at least 95% of Youth Union units complete their tasks well or better, and no Youth Union organization fails to complete its tasks.
